Delivery & Returns
Our office opening hours are 8.30am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm Fridays. All online orders received before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be acknowledged the same day with information concerning the despatch date for the goods. Goods ordered online, outside the normal working week, will be acknowledged on the next working day.
All of our deliveries are sent via Parcel Courier (TNT). All items WILL require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you give us a delivery address where there is someone to accept parcels during the normal working day.
Most items are despatched on a Standard Next Day delivery. However, delivery times on standard services are not guaranteed, and we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
